W.D.G. Retail Ltd. is the parent company of childrens jewellery.co.uk and W.D.G. Retail Ltd. will appear on your card or bank statement.

The term WDG Retail or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website.

  • PLEASE NOTE Jewellery is not a toy. All Jewellery is not suitable for children under the age of 3 years. Many of the pieces are small and can represent a choking hazard. The jewellery should not be worn for prolonged periods and never overnight. The jewellery is not suitable for initial piercings or the healing period.
  • To use this site you must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All goods remain the property of W.D.G. Retail Ltd. until paid for in full.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to anyone, at any time, if we so wish.
  • Even though all reasonable efforts have been made, measurements, lengths, weights etc. contained in this site are for guidance purposes only.
  • The colours of stones and other materials used may vary from the images shown on this site. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software of the computer system used.
  • Should the price of goods offered for sale on this site be incorrect for any reason we reserve the right not to accept any order for these goods.
  • We do not accept any liability for damage caused to software or computer hardware that may be caused from downloading any information or images from this site.
  • The design of this website and any features of it are the copyright of W.D.G. Retail Ltd. The images used within this site are the property of of the individual jewellery companies whose brands are represented and any use of them for any purpose must be obtained from them.
  • Deliveries outside of the British Isles. We only ship items of jewellery outside the British Isles; we do not ship non jewellery items such as Royal Selangor, Carrs Silver, Templeton & May and other bulky gift items.


All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You can also pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to W.D.G. Retail Ltd and include your full address and phone number. If you pay by cheque, we will despatch the order as soon as the cheque has been cleared by the bank.

If you choose to pay for your order by Pay Pal, the money is taken instantly by Pay Pal. Should there be a problem with your order we can refund you straight away.


All orders are to subject to acceptance and product availability. Our stock system shows when an item is in stock. If an order is placed by a customer for multiples of the same product code, then it is possible that there will be insufficient stock to deliver all of the items which you have ordered. If this is the case we will place the order on hold and contact the customer to discuss the situation.

By placing an order, you are making an offer on the site and that the contract will be formed only if your order is accepted by WDG Retail Ltd. It must be clear that taking payment from a customer's debit or credit card does not indicate acceptance. The point of acceptance is normally the point of dispatch from WDG Retail Ltd.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an automated email; this does not constitute acceptance of the order, but is simply a confirmation that your order has been received, and gives you the opportunity to review the details.

WDG Retail Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders before the point of dispatch and giving full refunds where payments have been received.

Confirmation of Order

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order following the successful authorisation of your payment. If you do not appear to receive these automatic emails, please check your "spam" filter in case they have been mistakenly identified as junk mail. If you are still unable to find them, please contact us to enquire about the status of your order. [email protected]


If the item is in stock and the order is placed before 1 pm we will send out the order that same day where possible. If your order is required for a certain date it is advisable to enter the information in the message box found within the order form to keep us informed,

White Rabbit

When an item is ordered from the 'White Rabbit' range before 1 pm it is guaranteed to be in stock and dispatched from us that same day. If an order is required urgently and you have missed the cut off point of 1 pm it is best if you call us on 01746 710 186 and we will see if it possible to dispatch your item that day.


How quickly your order arrives with you depends on the delivery service selected by you.

Postage type

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

Please note that all delivery services will require a signature on delivery except for Royal Mail first class post.

For security reasons, we do not deliver to a PO Box address.

For larger heavier products we do occasionally send your parcel out via a courier company. You can also track your order using their track and trace system at http://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace.

Overseas Delivery

We only ship items of jewellery outside the British Isles; we do not ship non jewellery items such as Royal Selangor, Carrs Silver, Templeton and May and other bulky gift items.

W.D.G. Retail Ltd. cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

W.D.G. Retail Ltd. can not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.

W.D.G. Retail Ltd. can also not be held liable for any fluctuations in currency conversions applied to and from pound sterling.

Cancellation of Orders

If you haven't submitted your order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the 'Remove' button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in you shopping basket.

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us on 01746 710 186 as soon as you can, We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as your order may already have been processed.

If you wish to return an order please see our return instructions below.

Each item is inspected by the team before it leaves us to make sure it's in perfect condition. If it arrives damaged, just let us know within 48 hours by emailing [email protected].

We will then arrange for the return of the faulty item, and a replacement to be sent. We will refund any postage costs you've incurred .for the return of the item.

Postage on returned goods can only be refunded if the goods were faulty or damaged.


You cannot return earrings unless they arrive to you in a faulty condition.

You cannot return anything that's been personalised or engraved.

If you are not satisfied with the product you cannot keep the other personalised elements of your order. You must return the entire order and we will then arrange a refund for you.

You must inform us about wishing to return an item within 14 days of receipt of the order.

In accordance with the distance-selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to seven working days starting from the day of delivery even if paid for.

The item to be returned must be unworn and in perfect condition and all associated packaging must be included, so that we can organise the refund.

If you wish to return an item please email us [email protected] and report that you are wanting to make a return. Please specify the reason for the return, and if you wish to exchange it for an alternative product, or if you require a refund for the returned order.

We will reply with the return instructions and supply a returns number.

We recommend that you use a Royal Mail recorded method of delivery to return the item so that you know it has reached us safely. It would be best to avoid using the word 'jewellery' on the packaging for security reasons.

You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to WDG Retail Ltd. unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.

Lost Items

Undelivered items are not classified as 'lost' by Royal Mail until 21 working days have elapsed from the due date of acceptance by Royal Mail. Please allow 7 working days for the arrival of first class mail and recorded mail.

Special delivery items are guaranteed to arrive by 1 pm the day after dispatch, should your order fail to arrive within this time frame please contact us on 01746 710 411 as soon as possible.
