Xmas Returns

The Returns Policy has now been extended for all jewellery purchased from the 1st November until 24th December, these items can be returned up till the 14th January 2018

 You cannot return earrings unless they arrive to you in a faulty condition.

You cannot return anything that's been personalised or engraved. If you are not satisfied with the product you cannot keep the other personalised elements of your order.

You must return the entire order and we will then arrange a refund for you.

You must inform us about wishing to return an item within 14 days of receipt of the order. In accordance with the distance-selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to seven working days starting from the day of delivery even if paid for. The item to be returned must be unworn and in perfect condition and all associated packaging must be included, so that we can organise the refund. If you wish to return an item please email us at [email protected] and report that you are wanting to make a return. Please specify the reason for the return, and if you wish to exchange it for an alternative product, or if you require a refund for the returned order.We will reply with the return instructions and supply a returns number. We recommend that you use a Royal Mail recorded method of delivery to return the item so that you know it has reached us safely. It would be best to avoid using the word 'jewellery' on the packaging for security reasons.You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to WDG Retail Ltd. unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
