So many choices…all our orders are sent first class. For those of you who want your jewellery right here right now, we also offer next day delivery.

1. Recorded Delivery requires a signature on delivery. Items can be tracked using this service.*

2. Special Delivery items are delivered by 2pm the following day and require a signature on delivery. Items must ordered before midday to be guaranteed by 2pm the next day.

4. Saturday Guarantee, the Post Office guarantees that goods sent by this service are delivered by 1p.m. on Saturday. Items can be tracked using service A signature is required on delivery. Items must be ordered before noon on the day prior to delivery.

5. Jewellery can be sent overseas to countries with suitably secure postal services. Goods are only sent to the billing address.

6. Deliveries can be made to addresses that are different to the cardholders address (U.K. only). Just enter the details on the order form.

7. We only deliver jewellery items overseas, we do not send larger gift items (Royal Selangor, Wedgewood etc)

8. We do not send jewellery or gift items to the U.S.A.
